- We do not accept exchanges at this time.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Hair accessories, hats, opened makeup, earrings, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Email us at email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
- After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided.
- Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form. The returns department cannot accept any packages without the RA# written on the outside of the package.
Please note our store address is not the return address and will not accept any parcel!
we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to ensure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
Tags cannot be taken off or secured or pinned back on, they must be present on the item as they were sent out. Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted.
Refunds and Processing
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
